FSW'south services and programs are: Adoption and Children's Services, AmeriCorps, Big Brothers Large Sisters, Campsite Viva for families living with HIV/AIDS, Early Intervention Services, Employee Assistance program (EAP), Enriched Housing for Seniors, Family unit Mental Wellness, Family Back up Services, Geriatric Outreach/Case Management, Caput Start/Early Head Kickoff, Home Wellness Intendance, Intergenerational Adult Twenty-four hour period Program, Juvenile Police force Education, Pre-Schoolhouse Special Education, Parent Skills Preparation, Partnership for Care/HIV Services, Special Needs Youth Programs, Supported Youth Residences, Technology Learning Center, Therapeutic Foster Care, Youth-at-Gamble Interventions, Youth Mentoring Programs, Westchester County Youth Council and Westchester County Junior Youth Council.

Each year we aid more than than xxx,000 people as we pursue our mission: to provide a broad range of social and mental health services to strengthen Westchester's children and families. FSW serves all ages, from infants to the elderly, with a focus on people who autumn below the poverty line and struggle to afford housing, food, and medical intendance.

We are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health to provide comprehensive mental health services at seven Family Centers and five school-based mental health clinics throughout Westchester.

Our staff of more 400 works at seven locations throughout Westchester (Hastings-on-Hudson, Mt. Kisco, Pelham, Port Chester, Sleepy Hollow, White Plains, and Yonkers), where they serve more than 30,000 Westchester residents each twelvemonth.

As a nonprofit organization, many of FSW's services are available on a sliding scale basis or are reimbursable through Medicaid, Medicare, and/or tertiary political party insurance. The population served past FSW is a broad based cross section of Westchester Canton, reflecting its cultural, racial, indigenous, geographic and socioeconomic diversity. Given the demography project of the steady rise in the Hispanic population in Westchester, we are proud of our cultural competency and linguistic communication proficiency which has attracted children, individuals and families to FSW. We aid them with their psycho-social and youth development needs. Our demographic data indicates that FSW provides services to 43% African American, 32% Hispanic, 25% White.
